HOW TO USE

  1. Choose the correct massage head depending on your goal and the muscle group you want to target, for further info click here
  2. Select the desired speed level
  3. Gently apply the device to the target muscle
  4. Move slowly over the area for 30-45 seconds
  5. Use before or after activity, or anytime you feel muscle tension

Do not apply excessive pressure. Let the device do the work.
